He feels especially productive… at night after dinner. When he's alone in the privacy of his room and everyone is sleeping. He's more productive and can accomplish a lot of things.
Try not to disturb him… whenever he's concentrating on a task. He doesn't want to be disturbed because it's hard to get back into it.

He sees himself helping Kaya Co. grow by… helping with the technical aspect of the organization—right now, it's with the Compass. He prefers working on the back end rather than actually going out on the field.
He’d like to grow through Kaya Co. by… becoming more aware of different organizations like Kaya and what they can offer to help Filipinos and initiate change in the Philippines.
